The MISS WEST VIRGINIA USA® and MISS WEST VIRGINIA TEEN USA® Preliminary Competition showcases all of the state finalists, representing cities, towns, counties, and Festivals throughout the Mountain State. The delegates compete in fitness (swimsuit for Miss, activewear for Teen) and evening gown, with scores from prelims helping to determine who will advance to the finals.
